We’ve all thought about it: What would you do if you found yourself face-to-face with WWE wrestler Braun Strowman, and how would you survive the encounter? After conversations with several Wrabbit Wrestling experts, we’ve created this helpful list that just might save your life.

1. Remember: Braun Strowman Doesn’t Want to Hurt You

It’s important to keep in mind that Braun Strowman doesn’t want to attack people. When he does attack, it’s usually because he was startled, hungry, or because you currently hold the 24/7 Championship.

2. Don’t Run

Braun Strowman is very fast. Humans have a maximum running speed of 28 miles per hour. Braun Strowman has a maximum running speed of 35 miles per hour. One of his signature moves involves “running his opponent over,” so we really can’t stress this one enough.

3. Don’t Try to Make Yourself Bigger

It’s a common misconception that if you run into a Braun Strowman, you should try to make yourself as big as possible to scare him away. While that works for some of the smaller cruiserweights, Braun Strowman is not intimidated by size, as seen by his successful victories over the technically larger Big Show.

4. Do Play Dead

If you’re being charged at by an angry Braun Strowman, the best way to avoid “getting these hands” is to fall to the ground and play dead to prove that you aren’t a threat. But warning: Wait until he’s a safe distance away before attempting to escape. And if he pins you, whatever you do, do NOT kick out before a three count or he WILL body slam you.

5. Do Fight Back

If you have no other options, attempt to fight back. Though your chances of beating Braun in a fight are statistically low, a stray superkick or superman punch may dissuade him from attacking you further. Note: If you decide to go this route, your chance of survival drastically increases if you are current Universal Champion Brock Lesnar.

6. Don’t Hide in an Ambulance

Braun Strowman is very strong. He can just flip those right over, as seen on the docuseries Monday Night Raw.

7. Don’t Use Bear Spray

This one should be obvious. Braun Strowman is not a bear. He is much stronger.
