Episode 7 – Seth Green & Breckin Meyer (Annotated)

The Guest: Seth Green & Breckin Meyer
The Lowdown:
Hi, I’m Craig, The Intern, and they make me transcribe these every week. Everything’s going great so far!
How Breckin Meyer (Clueless, Garfield) and Seth Green (Family Guy, Without A Paddle) met Macaulay Culkin. The guys all then give the story of how they met Mack, when Sarah Michelle Gellar hosted SNL. How Breckin Meyer and Seth Green met, and how all of them became fast friends over the course of many, many years.
Breckin Meyer and Seth Green used to be in a band together! Also, Breckin Meyer has drummed for a litany of famous people from Tom Morello to Dave Navarro.
Macaulay Culkin loves him some Ethan Embry.
All of them also went to Thailand, where Matt Cohen had a tall tale to tell. He wept. There was an island of monkeys. He made it onto the beach at the end. It’s hilarious.
The guys talk about other extreme sports that they’ve done including skydiving, bungee jumping, and swimming with sharks.
Seth Green describes his first foray into directing a feature film.
The guys end up oppressing: Oregonians, Tanzanians, and, of course, Australians.
Who would win in a fight? Mason Gamble, Macaulay Culkin, or Devon Sawa?
Fittingly, the guys talk about raising rabbits.

I’m a big fan of Ethan Embry too. I’m watching his show, Freakylinks right now. If you like mafia type shows, you should check out his show Brotherhood. It’s really good.
